SEPTEMBER 2024: Through a competitive selection process, Nick has been accepted as a member of the AIA St. Louis Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program 2024-2025 Cohort.

The Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program is a national AIA curriculum offered by chapters and components across the country. Each program follows the same objective: to prepare future leaders of the profession.

"The curriculum focuses on core professional skills such as entrepreneurship and firm management; negotiating skills; client development; community leadership; understanding trends within the industry; and developing your future within the practice."

Just over two years into his professional career, Nick is excited to have been selected for this opportunity. Previous cohorts of this AIA St. Louis program have included respected leaders across the region as well as AIA St. Louis board members and the current chapter president.

Nick expects to graduate from this program in May 2025.
