ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Nick has been elected by the membership of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) St. Louis Chapter to serve as Associate Director on the Board of Directors. This is Nick's second consecutive 1-year term.
J.E.D.I. Chair
Nick will serve as Chair of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) St. Louis Chapter Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (J.E.D.I.) Committee. Advocacy in the workplace is an important topic to Nick - it's an important driver of company success and employee retention.
LEED GA
Designing with the next generation in mind is important to Nick. An architect's charge to consider the health, safety, and welfare of the public includes making educated choices in design and product selection.
MENTOR
Welcoming and shaping students and new professionals comes naturally to Nick. Adaptability and kindness are key to his approach to mentorship. From career presentations with middle schoolers to job fairs with college students, Nick is passionate about creating a better tomorrow in the profession.
