NICK RAUSCHER SELECTED FOR 

EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAM

SEPTEMBER 2026: Following a competitive application process, Nick has been selected to participate in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Kansas City Emerging Leaders Program.

This premier professional development initiative brings together promising young professionals from across the region for connection, knowledge sharing, and focused leadership training. Designed to elevate Kansas City’s real estate, design, and construction community, the program aims to sharpen participants' skills and foster vital cross-industry partnerships that will help shape the future of the built environment in the region.

For Rauscher, who relocated to Kansas City less than one year ago to join Gensler, the announcement marks an exciting milestone in his professional journey.
