NICK RAUSCHER DEPARTS LIFE TIME, INC.
SEPTEMBER 2025: “My time as a USA Swim Coach for Life Time has been an unforgettable experience full of athletes and co-workers I will dearly miss.”
-Nick Rauscher
Nick departed from his role at Life Time on September 18th, 2025 after over two years in an Assistant Swim Coach position. Through Nick’s tenure, the team’s Silver and Gold age group teams grew significantly in membership.
Nick’s role as Assistant Swim Coach included instructing weeknight practices and accompanying swimmers to competitions throughout the year. Nick’s favorite part of the job was creating an environment where swimmers could find a place they belong.
“Working with young athletes is an opportunity to help kids plan the futures they want. Some have goals of being first in the race, and others’ top priority is team camaraderie. Our whole coaching staff has always wanted there to be room for both of them and everyone in between in a productive practice. I think I enjoyed being a part of that goal-setting and tone-setting with our swimmers most.”
-Nick Rauscher
Nick’s departure is necessitated by a relocation for a full-time professional opportunity.
“Leaving this position behind was a very difficult decision. I know each of our swimmers is off to do great things both in and out of the pool, and I’ll continue to cheer them on.”
-Nick Rauscher
