NICK RAUSCHER, LEED AP BD+C

JUNE 2026: After successful completion of the USGBC LEED Accredited Professional, Building Design and Construction (AP BD+C) Exam, Nick has earned a new credential.

U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) credentials present opportunities for professionals to explore and learn about sustainable methods to create healthy environments. The LEED rating system is widely chosen as an effective method to ensure environmentally-responsible construction.

USGBC's LEED Credential program offers us that education - that source of support- that allows us to deliver a better product to the owner; whether it's a certified project or not."

Nick has previously held a LEED Green Associate credential since 2024. This Accredited Professional designation replaces that title.
